“Family Support”
This project aims to provide a Family Support service to the communities of Dewsbury West to improve the lives of children and young people, increase skills of parents and carers, reduce anti social behaviour and support families suffering from domestic violence.
Its main objectives are:
* To work with partners to develop better, coordinated local services to address the identified gap in services between those that are universal and specialist * To establish effective referral processes between NCH Sure Start and other agencies * To set clear routes for users to access support as appropriate * To ensure that the Family Support service is promoted in communities
